The way the designation system is set up, unless you're contracted with someone, you're not actually allowed to spend as much time with them as you want. I imagine that's part of why he's kept his contract the way it is with you. I know he doesn't live with you, but having somewhere closer would be nice.
[There is still a petty part of him that doesn't see why he should make anything easier for Jon, specifically. Juno knows he should talk to Nureyev, see what he wants and go from there. Because Juno doesn't really care where he lives. And maybe if he does this... Nureyev would think about moving in. Maybe.]
