1. The Submissive and the Dominant will be conscious of the safe word ( “RED” ) and will use it at any point they deem necessary, including but not limited to feelings of duress, extreme stress, or jeopardizing of the relationship with their partner. (There is no punishment for this.)
   



2. The Submissive will have completely unbarred access to network usage.



3. The Submissive and Dominant may pursue filling quota outside of this contract, but the Dominant will be responsible for ensuring the Submissive makes quota and be available should she require.



4. The Submissive will live with the Dominant.



5. The Submissive may be employed where they wish, with approval of the Dominant.



6. The Submissive will appropriately engage in any mandatory public meetings that require a display between a Dominant and Submissive in such a way as befits Duplicity society. While in public, the Submissive will;

   　 　a. Refer to the Dominant by name or appropriate nickname.
   　 　b. Refrain from making argument with any statements, questions or requests made by the Dominant or any others of equal station, unless the Dominant expresses otherwise.
   　 　c. Will immediately inform the Dominant if any others make requests or commands, or attempt to assert any verbal authority or unwanted physical contact.
   　 　d. Immediately tell the Dominant if they are in any manner of physical, emotional or mental distress.
   　 　e. Will keep the Dominant's confidence in the face of scrutiny.

   While in public, the Dominant will;

   　 　a. Refer to the Submissive by name or appropriate nickname.
   　 　b. Heed any use of the safe word, and take attentive care in providing for and protecting the Submissive.
   　 　c. Keep the Submissive's confidence in the face of scrutiny.




7. The Dominant accepts responsibility for all government mandated fines, fees and punishments the Submissive’s behavior or influence may incur.



8. The Submissive will be allotted at least 30% of the Dominant's income on a weekly basis, for the provision of food, clothing, shelter, transportation and any other needs or comforts. As will the Dominant make themselves available for the purchase of such items, or provide the Submissive with the means to acquire them on their own. The Dominant will accept all charges for medical needs, and acquire any medical care required for the Submissive's health in a timely, humane fashion.



9. Any restrictions not listed in this document are not to be enforced. Unless specified, neither Dominant nor Submissive may amend or alter the terms of this arrangement as long as the contract term lasts. Should these terms be believed to have been violated, both Dominant and Submissive retain the right to bring the case before the courts.



10. Regardless of sexual terms of the contract, the Dominant will ensure the Submissive is provided the means and opportunity to fill the mandated quota for sexual activity. The Dominant will do so by being readily available for the Submissive at such a time that she wishes to engage in sexual activity, or the Dominant will endeavor to find an alternative partner or solution to the matter.



11. THIS AGREEMENT may be amended at the mutual request of both parties.



12. THE PARTNERSHIP between Juno Steel (Dominant) and Jester Lavorre (Submissive) may not be dissolved for any reason before December 25.
